Kitchen counters, sink, stovetop and appliance exteriors wiped down; bathrooms scrubbed and disinfected, including toilet, tub, shower and mirrors; dusting of reachable surfaces; floors vacuumed and mopped; beds made and garbage taken out.

A deep clean covers everything in a regular clean, plus baseboards, door frames, light switches and handles, and extra time on built-up grime in the kitchen and bathrooms. It’s recommended for a first visit or a seasonal reset. Inside the fridge, oven and cabinets can be added when you book.

Yes. Maven Maid is insured, so you’re protected in the rare event that something is damaged while we clean.

Yes. We bring our own supplies and equipment. If you’d prefer we use specific products in your home, leave them out and add a note when you book.

No. Many clients give us access with a buzz code, key or concierge. Just add the details in the access notes when you book.

Absolutely. Let us know about your pets in the booking notes so we can plan around them.

Pricing is based on the service and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Regular cleaning starts at $119, deep cleaning at $199 and move-in/move-out at $239, plus HST. Recurring cleanings save up to 15%. You’ll see your exact price as you book.

Yes. Give us at least 24 hours’ notice by call, text or email and there’s no charge.

Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll come back and re-clean the areas you’re not happy with, free of charge.
